All in all the hotel is absolutely charming, it has very friendly staff and bright rooms. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet. The breakfast is nice hot with croissant and muffin, as example, and the service is excellent. The location is excellent and wonderful, in the historic district. When I am in St. Augustine, I like staying here.

The hotel was fairly clean based in a Victorian style building with accommodating staff. The breakfast was warm and savoury with muffin and croissant, for example, had everything you could want.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in St. Augustine. The hotel was fairly clean with well decorated and huge rooms and very amiable staff. There were a fireplace and WiFi in the room, loved that. The location was absolutely perfect and comfortable, within a close distance from Old st Augustine Village.

Recommend this place and would definitely return here. The location offered was comfortable not far from historic downtown, center of town and stores. I was surprised at nearby Alcazar Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. Had nicely decorated, neat room that was kept clean. The staffs were very professional and helpful and the service was excellent.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even catering to my dairy-free diet. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from all the attractions but still quiet and peaceful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace. The breakfast was delicious and there were always drinks and snacks available. We can't wait to come back!

Its location was very central, right at Moultrie Creek Studios. The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a vibrant area. Had neat room with a very comfortable king bed, balcony and coffee for a wonderful stay.
